About the Role:

As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for generating leads, building relationships with potential customers, conducting roof inspections, presenting proposals, and closing deals. You will play a vital role in our company's growth and success.

Responsibilities:

• Generate leads through various methods, including networking, referrals, and canvassing.
• Conduct thorough roof and exterior inspections.
• Prepare accurate and detailed estimates.
• Present roofing solutions to potential customers and address their concerns.
• Negotiate contracts and close deals.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities.
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends and product knowledge.
• Attend company meetings and training sessions.
• Create and maintain an efficient weekly schedule within JobNimbus.
• Daily reporting inside of JobNimbus.
• Project documentation via pictures and daily reporting.
• Project management.

Qualifications:

• Proven track record of success in sales (preferably in the construction or home improvement industry).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong negotiation and closing skills.
• Ability to build rapport with customers.
• Self-motivated and driven to achieve goals.
• Highly accountable in all sales activities.
• Strong work ethic and a positive attitude.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Comfortable working at heights (with proper safety training and equipment).
• Knowledge of roofing systems and materials.

Benefits

• Competitive Tiered Commission Structure
• TIER 1: $0-550,000 = 10% of Sales Contract
• TIER 2: $550,000 - Unlimited = 14% of Sales Contract
• Ex: $850,000 Sales, $550,000 x 10% $300,000 x 14% = $97,000 Commission
• Base Salary = $500/week
• Company Truck (Included. Gas should be paid for by the sales representative for tax deduction purposes.)
