About the Role:
As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for generating leads, building relationships with potential customers, conducting roof inspections, presenting proposals, and closing deals. You will play a vital role in our company's growth and success.
Responsibilities:
- Generate leads through various methods, including networking, referrals, and canvassing.
- Conduct thorough roof and exterior inspections.
- Prepare accurate and detailed estimates.
- Present roofing solutions to potential customers and address their concerns.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and product knowledge.
- Attend company meetings and training sessions.
- Create and maintain an efficient weekly schedule within JobNimbus.
- Daily reporting inside of JobNimbus.
- Project documentation via pictures and daily reporting.
- Project management.
Qualifications:
- Proven track record of success in sales (preferably in the construction or home improvement industry).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills.
- Ability to build rapport with customers.
- Self-motivated and driven to achieve goals.
- Highly accountable in all sales activities.
- Strong work ethic and a positive attitude.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Comfortable working at heights (with proper safety training and equipment).
- Knowledge of roofing systems and materials.
Benefits
- Competitive Tiered Commission Structure
- TIER 1: $0-550,000 = 10% of Sales Contract
- TIER 2: $550,000 - Unlimited = 14% of Sales Contract
- Ex: $850,000 Sales, $550,000 x 10% $300,000 x 14% = $97,000 Commission
- Base Salary = $500/week
- Company Truck (Included. Gas should be paid for by the sales representative for tax deduction purposes.)
