We are seeking a registered civil engineer to work in our Washington, DC office.
Requires a Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering with 5 10 years experience in the Sewer pipelines practices with knowledge and experience to ensure good engineering practices are used.
Performs engineering analysis of complex sewer pipeline condition assessment.
Knowledge of hydraulic modeling and transient pressures to analyze pipe networks. Proficient in hydraulic principles including friction head loss, pipe roughness, energy and hydraulic grade lines, pipe network system, and hydraulic equations. Good working knowledge and user proficiency in the use of InfoWorks software package.
Must be a licensed Professional Engineer in the District of Columbia and Maryland or thru reciprocity within six months.Excellent benefits package including 401k, health, life, and disability insurance. Equal Opportunity Employer
