- We are seeking a dynamic, highly motivated associate with 3-4 years of labor & employment litigation experience to join our nationally recognized Labor & Employment Practice Group in our Los Angeles, Sacramento, San Diego, San Francisco, or Silicon Valley office.
- Qualified candidates will have experience with California wage and hour class action litigation, PAGA claims, and single plaintiff employment litigation, employee handbooks and day to day advice and counseling.
- Strong legal writing skills and experience with discovery, motion practice, taking and defending depositions, and researching and drafting pleadings, motions and other court filings required.
- Experience with trial preparation in both state and federal courts and participation in settlement conferences and negotiations preferred.
- We are seeking a team-oriented associate with a positive attitude, strong interpersonal skills, and an exceptional work ethic who has demonstrated client relationship and business development skills and an ability to thrive in busy, collegial environments.
- Top academics and experience required. To be considered, a candidate must hold a JD from an ABA-approved law school and must be in good standing and an active member of the California Bar.
