Optime Care is seeking a Quality Systems Coordinator at our Earth City, MO location. We are looking for someone passionate about supporting an organization. The Quality Systems Coordinator will coordinate and rework documents with a focus on technical writing, reconciliation, and record initiation and implementation. This position will also coordinate other Quality Initiatives including complaint and incident management, quality management
meetings, training assignments of all levels of staff, performance improvement and corrective action events, internal and external audits and patient/client satisfaction surveys.
This position will be required to be in the office for the first 120 days for training purposes. It can then be a hybrid role with 4 days in-office required depending on business needs after that.

What the position will be doing
- Effectively communicate with Corporate, Division, Operations/QA Management, site QA Project Leader, Quality Engineers, and Site Management
- Maintain, change, and create controlled documentation within the Optime Care Management System (OCMS)
- Effectively Communicate updates of controlled documentation to all levels of the corporation to ensure compliance with requirements
- Prepare and coordinate delivery of correspondence with patients and clients
- Supporting the implementation of Corrective and Preventive Action(CAPA) initiations, correction plans, and action plans
- A strong focus on technical writing is necessary to writeinstructions and document events in the OCMS. These documents will be reviewed by clients, regulators, certifying bodies, and staff at all levels
- Maintain Quality initiative tracking boards and programs
- Collect and analyze patient satisfaction information
- Act as Administrator of eQMS and LMS systems
- Perform other related duties as assigned or necessary; remain flexible and adaptable in work schedules and assignments as defined by departmental and organizational needs
- A bachelor’s degree, or a 4-year equivalent degree, a combination of 2 years of Healthcare /Pharmacy experience with 2 years of quality assurance experience or 4 years of total quality assurance experience will be considered
- This position requires a highly organized individual with excellent communication skills and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Excellent planning and time management skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, experience with eQMS and LMS systems is a plus
- The ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise
- The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with constantly changing and competing priorities
- The ability to be highly transparent, ethical, and driven
- Relentless attention to detail and the ability to be a creative self-starter and team player
