We are seeking Manufacturing Specialists to perform tasks relating to the production of small metal parts, including but not limited to molding, sorting, placing & inspections.
Essential Functions:
- Operates molding cells. (Molding machines, robots, & grinders.) Up to 90%
- Trims and places small parts on trays. Up to 90%
- Green part inspections (visuals & weights). Up to 100%
- Regrinds feedstock. 10%
- Loads and unloads product carts. 10%
Experience and Qualifications:
- Ability to understand and apply verbal and written work and safety-related instructions and procedures given in English.
- Ability to communicate in English with respect to job assignments, job procedures, and applicable safety standards.
- Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide.
- High School diploma or GED preferred.
- Experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.
- Mechanical Aptitude preferred.
- While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand, sit & demonstrate manual dexterity (100% of the time).
- Uses stepstools and ladders (10%).
- Talk, hear and see (100%).
- Specific vision requirements of this job include close vision, depth perception & ability to adjust focus (100%).
- Microscope inspections (30%).
- Ability to lift and/or move up to ten (10) pounds (90%) - lift and/or move up to twenty-five (25) pounds (10%).
Wage: $17.01
