We are looking for a dedicated and results-driven individual to join our growing team as a Verizon Account Manager and help us maintain and expand relationships with our valued telecommunications and wireless clients.
As a Verizon Account Manager, you will be the face of our company, serving as the primary point of contact with clients. You will build strong relationships within your assigned retinol territory, ensuring exceptional experiences while driving sales performance. Your primary responsibilities will include identifying customer needs, presenting tailored solutions, and promoting Verizon’s market-leading products and services.
Verizon Account Manager Responsibilities:
- Build strong lasting relationships with customers directly while identifying product needs and enrolling customers with Verizon’s cutting-edge TV, Internet, and Wireless products
- Work with Sales Managers and other Verizon Account Managers to develop and implement sales strategies to reach sales goals and contribute to business growth
- Consistently meet or exceed sales goals by promoting and building value in products and services and educating clients on how they will benefit their everyday lives
- Maintain accurate records of all client sales transactions and follow up to ensure client satisfaction and build client loyalty
- Stay up to date on all products, promotions, and services to accurately meet customer needs and support sales business growth
- Identify your customers’ problems or concerns and effectively communicate the solution in a professional and empathetic manner
Verizon Account Manager Qualifications:
- A high school diploma or GED equivalent is required
- 1-3 years of experience as an Account Manager, or in a sales or client-facing field is highly desirable
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented with the ability to work independently and as part of a team

Pay: $63,126.00 - $68,663.00 per year
