Our client, a fast growing Women's intimate apparel brand, that is redefining style, fit and comfort in women's underwear, is looking for an experienced and results-driven Lead Social Media Manager to spearhead their social media efforts, focusing on engagement, growth and brand elevation. This position is based in Miami, FL . Relocation assistance is provided.
This is a full-time salaried position with benefits, and will report directly into the VP of Brand, and work closely with other members of the creative team. Responsibilities of the Lead Social Media Manager :
Engagement & Growth :
- Develop and execute social media strategies that will increase follower count & engagement rates by double digits within the first year.
- Monitor social media metrics and optimize strategies and campaigns to achieve goals
- Develop and maintain a social media content calendar, and ensure content aligns with the overall brand strategy and elevates the brand
