What You’ll Do

Strategic Leadership & Operations

• Oversee daily operations, ensuring seamless workflows across clinical, administrative, and patient experience teams.
• Partner with Dr. Winters to implement systems that align with our patient-first, “Do Something Nice” mentality
• Manage staff schedules, performance reviews, and professional development plans to cultivate a high-performing team.

Treatment Coordination & Patient Experience

• Lead treatment plan presentations, ensuring patients understand their options (e.g., Invisalign, braces, Accelerated Osteogenic Orthodontics®).
• Train staff on consult-to-case acceptance strategies, leveraging The Bentist’s signature educational style to reduce anxiety and build trust.
• Design and implement VIP moments (e.g., milestone photos, social media shoutouts) to make every patient feel like a VIP.

Financial Stewardship

• Optimize collections processes with transparent payment plans and financing options tailored to orthodontic care.
• Analyze key metrics (case acceptance rates, AR collections) to drive revenue growth while maintaining patient satisfaction.
• Negotiate with vendors and manage budgets for supplies, technology upgrades, and team training.

Culture & Community Building

• Foster a patient-first culture that is focused on serving patients and each other.
• Collaborate on social media content that showcases our culture, patient transformations, and behind-the-scenes moments with The Bentist.
• Support building and growing our referral network.

What We’re Looking For

• Proven Leader: 3 years managing a dental/orthodontic practice with expertise in treatment coordination and financial operations.
• Tech-Savvy Innovator: Proficiency with orthodontic software (Ortho Edge, Orthofi), AI tools, and social media platforms.
• Culture Champion: A natural motivator who inspires teams through empathy, clarity, and a dash of fun.
• Strategic Thinker: Ability to balance day-to-day operations with long-term growth initiatives (e.g., opening new locations).
• Educational Background: Associate/Bachelor’s degree in healthcare management or equivalent experience.
