Job Summary:
We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Desktop Engineer to support the deployment of Windows 11 upgrades using Intune. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating hardware deployments and in-place upgrades based on user requirements. You will work closely with the Digital Workplace and Service Delivery teams to ensure a seamless transition, providing hands-on support and troubleshooting as needed.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deploy Windows 11 upgrades via Intune, ensuring minimal disruption to users.
- Manage hardware logistics, including new device rollouts and in-place system upgrades.
- Provide technical support and user training throughout the upgrade process.
- Collaborate with internal teams to optimize deployment strategies and streamline workflows.
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to the upgrade process.
Qualifications:
- Strong expertise in Windows 10 & Windows 11 operating systems.
- Hands-on experience with Intune and device management solutions.
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
