Job Title: Senior Corporate Systems Architect
Location: Dallas, TX (Hybrid Tuesday - Thursday On-site)

We are seeking a Senior Corporate Systems Architect to lead our technology initiatives and optimize our back-office systems. This role requires deep expertise in ERP/GL, HRIS, and Franchise Relationship Management (FRM) systems, with a strong focus on system integrations, cloud infrastructure, and IT General Controls. The ideal candidate will have experience managing vendors and collaborating with Finance, HR, and Supply Chain teams to align technology with business goals.
Key Responsibilities
Enterprise Architecture & Strategy
- Design and oversee scalable, secure, and efficient corporate system architectures.
- Develop and execute an enterprise systems roadmap aligned with business objectives.
- Ensure IT General Controls compliance with regulatory and industry standards.
System Integrations & Cloud Infrastructure
- Architect seamless integrations between ERP, HRIS, CRM, and other enterprise systems.
- Optimize cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) for performance and reliability.
- Implement API-driven and middleware solutions to enhance automation and data flow.
Vendor & Stakeholder Management
- Manage vendor relationships for ERP, HRIS, and Franchise Management software, ensuring alignment with business needs.
- Collaborate with Finance, HR, and Supply Chain teams to ensure technology solutions support operational goals.
- Partner with Technology leadership to drive cost-effective technology investments and vendor contract negotiations.
Qualifications & Skills
- Technical Expertise: Strong knowledge of ERP, HRIS, and FRM systems, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud), and integration tools.
- Vendor Management: Proven ability to manage vendors, negotiate contracts, and drive third-party integrators toward architectural principles.
- Leadership & Collaboration: Experience leading teams and working cross-functionally to implement enterprise-wide technology solutions.
- Communication Skills: Ability to clearly convey technical concepts to business stakeholders.
- Bonus Skills: Familiarity with finance, supply chain, and HR processes. Project management experience is a plus.
Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- 10 years of experience in technology management, specializing in back-office systems, system integrations, cloud infrastructure, and IT General Controls.
