Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced IT Project Manager to lead a complex, multi-track project. This role involves direct management of one project track while overseeing four additional tracks to ensure alignment and timely execution. The ideal candidate will drive cross-functional collaboration, monitor project progress, and provide key leadership updates.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and manage a detailed project plan for a dedicated track, ensuring clear dependencies and milestones across multiple systems.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, facilitate stand-up meetings, and proactively mitigate risks.
• Oversee track managers, ensuring deadlines and project objectives are met.
• Consolidate project updates into reports and lead governance meetings, providing leadership with clear visibility into project status, risks, and performance.
• Continuously refine project governance processes to enhance efficiency and accountability.

Qualifications

• 5 years of IT project management experience, preferably leading multi-track initiatives involving internal and external teams.
• Proven expertise in project planning, scheduling, and execution using tools such as Microsoft ADO, MS Project, Jira, or equivalent.
• Strong ability to coordinate across multiple teams and systems in a cross-functional environment.
• Excellent risk management, stakeholder communication, and leadership reporting skills.
• Knowledge of Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies, with the ability to apply them as needed.
• Experience managing projects in technology-driven environments such as software development, infrastructure, or enterprise system integration.

Preferred

• PMP, PMI-ACP, or CSM certification.
• Experience with enterprise IT systems, cloud platforms, or large-scale integrations.
• Strong proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and reporting tools for executive-level summaries.
