Key Responsibilities:
- Data Analysis & Insights: Conduct in-depth analysis of financial datasets to uncover trends and provide actionable insights that guide strategic decisions.
- Dashboard Creation: Develop and maintain dynamic, user-friendly dashboards using Power BI to monitor key financial metrics.
- Advanced Excel Usage: Leverage advanced Excel capabilities such as VBA, Pivot Tables, and Power Query for efficient data analysis and reporting.
- Data Management: Ensure accuracy and consistency by organizing and cleaning financial data from various sources.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with finance leadership to understand and meet reporting requirements through customized solutions.
- Workflow Optimization: Identify and implement process improvements to enhance financial reporting and automate recurring tasks.
- Financial Forecasting Support: Provide analytical support for forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis.

Qualifications:
- 2–3 years of experience in data analysis, particularly within finance or accounting.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
- Proficiency in Power BI for creating and maintaining detailed financial dashboards.
- Expertise in advanced Excel techniques (e.g., Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, Power Query) for modeling and reporting purposes.
- Solid understanding of core financial concepts such as budgeting, forecasting, and KPIs.
- Hands-on experience with FP&A tools and enterprise systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle), with a track record of optimizing financial reporting and planning workflows.
- Proficient in querying and managing datasets using SQL to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
- Skilled in generating insightful financial reports to support organizational objectives.
