Opportunity
As a key contributor, you will be responsible for managing Agile development tools and CI/CD pipelines, ensuring optimal performance for engineering teams. You will help integrate, automate, and maintain the platforms needed to support continuous software delivery. Reporting to the DevOps and Tools Team Lead, you will work closely with software development and infrastructure teams to enhance deployment processes and security compliance.
Key Responsibilities
- Define best practices for software build, integration, and deployment strategies.
- Maintain and optimize cloud-hosted Agile development tools, ensuring operational stability and efficiency.
- Automate development processes and enforce security & compliance controls.
- Manage and integrate frameworks that support Agile at scale.
- Lead adoption of DevOps tools and best practices across multiple teams.
- Develop and enhance monitoring solutions to ensure system availability and performance.
- Resolve platform-related issues, perform root cause analysis, and communicate across departments regarding system outages or performance concerns.
- Provide 24/7 on-call support for critical systems, participating in planned and unplanned maintenance as needed.
Required Experience & Skills
- 7 years of experience in DevOps engineering, automation, and system integration.
- Hands-on expertise with DevOps toolchains, such as Git-based repositories, CI/CD pipelines, artifact management, and configuration automation.
- Strong experience with cloud services and automation, working with private and public cloud platforms.
- Proficiency in scripting languages for automating infrastructure and deployment tasks.
- Solid understanding of containerized applications and Kubernetes.
- Experience working with relational and non-relational databases.
- Ability to train teams on DevOps methodologies and encourage continuous improvement.
- Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to coordinate across departments.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related technical field.
