Looking for a hardworking, knowledgeable commercial plumber. To install commercial plumbing on small to large-scale commercial jobs including restaurants, retail, warehouses, hotels, some multi-family, and much more. Lead a team and perform all duties for all stages of the jobs from the ground up.
Responsibilities :
- Commercial plumbing installation from underground stack out to trim out on large-scale commercial projects
- Read and interpret plans and building specifications.
- Use of copper, cast Iron, PVC, CPVC, PEX, and other piping.
- Install grease traps, oil interceptors, lint interceptors, and all utility hookups.
- Install water, gas, sewer, and grease lines.
- Set all fixtures and plumbing per plans.
- Involve cutting, threading, fit pipes, valves, and caulking.
