Position: Human Resource Generalist

As an HR Generalist, you will be a crucial part of our team, supporting the human resources functions for our growing company and ensuring we maintain our culture of dignity, family, and high standards. This role is essential to creating a supportive environment for our staff and contributing to an efficient, high-performing HR team.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Recruitment & Onboarding: Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, from job postings and interviewing to onboarding and orientation, ensuring every new hire aligns with our culture and values.
  • Employee Relations: Act as a point of contact for employees, addressing concerns, resolving conflicts, and fostering a positive work environment that reflects our family-like culture.
  • Performance Management: Assist in performance reviews, support managers in implementing growth plans, and ensure consistency in evaluations across all locations.
  • Compliance: Maintain compliance with all state and federal regulations related to HR practices, including safety protocols, labor laws, and employee documentation.
  • Benefits Administration: Oversee employee benefits, assist team members with questions, and ensure timely processing of enrollments and claims.
  • Training & Development: Coordinate training sessions for team members on company policies, values, and best practices, ensuring everyone has the skills and resources they need to excel.
  • Payroll & Timekeeping: Assist in payroll processing and verify timekeeping records, ensuring accuracy and timely payments for all employees.
Eligibility Requirements:
  • Experience: 3 years in human resources or a similar role, with experience in recruitment, employee relations, compliance, and benefits administration.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred. SHRM or PHR certification is a plus.
  • Skills: Strong interpersonal skills, excellent organizational abilities, and a deep understanding of HR best practices.

  • Proficiency in HR software and tools is a plus.
