Who We’re Looking For:

Key Responsibilities -
Sales Strategy & Performance:
- Lead and manage all aspects of the sales process to maintain at least 95% occupancy.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to attract potential residents and their families.
- Consistently track sales performance and adjust strategies as needed to achieve occupancy and revenue goals.
Team Leadership & Training:
- Lead, train, and motivate a team of sales professionals to drive results.
- Develop comprehensive training programs for new hires and provide ongoing coaching.
- Monitor performance, provide constructive feedback, and identify areas for improvement.
Collaboration with Admissions Team:
- Work closely with the admissions team to ensure seamless transitions for new residents.
- Maintain positive relationships with families and residents throughout the onboarding process.
Partnership Development:
- Establish and maintain partnerships with healthcare providers, community organizations, and referral sources.
- Represent OSL at community events, networking functions, and industry conferences to expand outreach.
Revenue Growth:
- Collaborate with executive leadership to develop pricing strategies to increase revenue.
- Identify upselling opportunities and implement solutions to enhance revenue per resident.
Reporting & Analytics:
Provide regular sales performance reports and insights to senior leadership.
Maintain accurate CRM and lead management systems to track trends and
performance.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of sales experience, including at least 2 years in a leadership role (preferably in senior living or healthcare).
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales goals.
- Strong leadership, team-building, and mentoring skills.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building abilities.
- Strategic mindset with a focus on long-term growth and sustainability.
- Proficiency in CRM systems, Microsoft Office Suite, and other sales/marketing tools.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
