Responsibilities
- Process accounts payable transactions, including verifying and coding invoices.
- Maintain accurate records of all accounts payable activities and ensure compliance with company policies.
- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with other departments to facilitate smooth financial operations.
- Support Reception and Accounts Payable as needed.
Skills
- 3 year minimum experience with accounts payable.
- Strong data entry skills.
- 3 year minimum experience with QuickBooks.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Ability to communicate clearly and work well within a team setting.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
