What are the responsibilities and job description for the Maintenance Coordinator position at Optimum Card Solutions LLC?
Job Overview: Handle all Day to Day maintenance of equipment
Job Functions:
- Ability to trouble shoot and repair equipment as needed
- Assist in the Set Up any equipment as needed
- Deal with any vendors needed for parts/supplies
- Set up a Preventive maintenance program for all equipment tracking downtime, as well as weekly, monthly, yearly maintenance as needed
- Report to Operations Manager any unsafe conditions on equipment
- Responsible for maintaining all necessary parts to keep equipment running
- Able to diagnosis equipment issues and quickly get them back on line
- Make production recommendations to enhance output for all equipment
- Able to work overtime, as well as weekends as needed
- Make sure all OCS safety procedures are followed
- Ensure all work areas are clean and neat at all times.
- Work with supervisors to help in keeping production going and hitting specified numbers
- Responsible for any miscellaneous tasks assigned by Plant Manager
Requirements
- 4 to 5 years maintenance experience
