Optimum Chiropractic has an opening for a full-time Chiropractic Assistant! Our clinic system is seeking an exceptional candidate to join our team! The chiropractic assistant position is one of the most important in our office. If you are PASSIONATE about helping other people, about changing the health of the community, and giving people hope for better and healthier lives, this is the position for you!
This position is our face of the office so to speak, and is the person that patient encounter first in our office. You will be working in our front office area answering phones, filing, computer work and working with insurance companies. You will be responsible for insurance claims, payment posting and claims follow up. It also will include administrative duties around the office to assist with the general functionality of the office. The ideal candidate for this position will:
- Have outstanding communication and customer service skills
- Be out-going, energetic, and charismatic
- You must be a self-starter and self-directed, organized
- You must be able to engage, interact with and coach patients through their rehabilitative program
- Previous experience with medical billing and insurance claims is beneficial and encouraged, but is not required.
- We are seeking at least one candidate it is bi-lingual and Spanish speaking.
