This role includes:
- Administer hyperbaric oxygen therapy under the supervision of medical personnel.
- Conduct patient interactions, including explaining risks, discussing financial considerations, taking vitals, and addressing concerns.
- Carry out the diving process for patients, ensuring safety and adherence to protocols.
- Maintain the day-to-day operations of the hyperbaric facility, including chamber maintenance, cleaning, and laundry.
- Complete accurate and timely patient charting and documentation.
- Assist with basic wound care as needed.
- Respond to any medical emergencies that may arise during treatment.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Medical background preferred
- 40-hour Hyperbaric Training Certification preferred
- Comfortable working in a medical setting and handling emergencies.
- Experience in patient care, including vital signs monitoring and basic medical assessments.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently while following established protocols and procedures.
- Must be detail-oriented and capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in wound care or hyperbaric therapy.
- Familiarity with hyperbaric chamber maintenance and operations.
- Previous experience in a medical or wellness setting.
