Responsibilities
Earn $18 to $21 / HR! Weekly pay! Overtime after 40 hours!
Earn between $38,440 and $52,555 annually, based on experience, overtime hours, and bonuses.
Monday to Friday, 8 : 00 AM – 5 : 00 PM, with two Saturdays per month from 7 : 00 AM – 1 : 00 PM.
Candidates must be available to travel from Indianapolis, IN to Elk Grove Village, IL for a two-week training program.
Travel and accommodation expenses covered by the company.
Review shipping orders on a tablet or iPad, verify documentation, and accurately select flooring product orders.
Place items on pallets, shrink-wrap pallets, and ensure secure handling of heavy materials.
Operate forklifts and pallet jacks as needed (approximately 40% of the role).
Maintain a clean, organized work environment and perform preventative maintenance on equipment.
Schedule inbound and outbound freight, and contact carrier representatives to arrange and provide instructions for product loading.
Perform additional duties as required or requested.
Requirements
High School Diploma or equivalent required.
One (1) year of warehouse experience required.
Forklift experience is a plus.
Proficiency with a tablet or iPad.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Must be 21 years of age or older.
Lift, pull, and move up to 50 pounds regularly and up to 70 pounds.
Specific vision abilities required, including close vision.
Must be able to pass a Drug Screen, Physical, and comprehensive Background Check.
