Location : 21051 Warner Center Ln, STE 105 Woodland Hills, CA 91367 ( On-site. )
Schedule : Sunday -Wednesday 11 : 00pm-7 : 30am

Optimum Performance Institute is a leading provider of adolescent and young adults behavioral health services dedicated to enhancing the mental well-being of individuals and communities. Responsibilities :
- Build trusting and supportive relationships with residents, providing guidance and mentorship to foster their personal and social development.
- Assist residents in setting and achieving realistic and meaningful goals in areas such as emotional regulation, independence, and vocational skills.
- Plan, coordinate, and lead group activities that promote community engagement, skill development, and wellness.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including therapists, psychologists, and vocational coaches to ensure a cohesive approach to treatment and support.
- Monitor and support resident participation in daily programs and activities, intervening as necessary to promote safety and progress.
- Document and report on residents' progress, challenges, and milestones, maintaining detailed records in accordance with OPI standards and privacy laws.
- Provide crisis intervention as needed and ensure all interventions are documented and communicated to the clinical team.
- Actively participate in staff meetings, training sessions, and professional development opportunities to enhance skills and stay abreast of best practices in mental health care.
