Key Responsibilities:
- Guest Services & Valet Duties:
- Deliver and retrieve golf carts for guests as needed
- Provide instructions on proper cart usage and safety
- Cart Maintenance & Safety:
- Inspect carts for cleanliness and operational safety before and after use
- Perform minor troubleshooting (e.g., checking battery levels, tire pressure)
- Report any mechanical issues or damages immediately
- Ensure carts are properly parked, charged, and ready for use
- Maintain organization of the cart storage area
- Dealership Support:
- Support the operations team in transporting guests, staff, or supplies
- Uphold resort policies regarding golf cart usage
Qualifications & Skills:
- Previous experience in valet, transportation, hospitality, or customer service preferred
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Previous experience with safety responsibilities
- Ability to drive and maneuver golf carts safely
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Attention to detail and ability to work independently or as part of a team
