Optimum RV, a growing full-service RV Dealer, is seeking a Mobile RV Technician.

Position Summary:

Optimum RV is currently hiring for a Mobile RV Technician for our growing team. The ideal candidate has excellent diagnosing and repair experience and is looking for a long-term opportunity!

Responsibilities:

Accurately diagnose & repair client concerns maintaining dealer & manufacturer standards and time allowances

Maintain safe work environment for client, RV, and technician

Provide and document parts and repair estimates to client with explanation and demonstration of repairs when complete

Maintain certification and continue manufacturer training

Maintain small parts and supplies inventory to include tagging and documenting return parts for warranty

Maintains and is accountable for company vehicle, tools, and cell phone, reporting defects to manager

Maintain professionalism and cleanliness in clients coach, work space, and personal appearance

Collect payment due and signatures from client, keeping payment and client information secure

Work in shop performing duties during down time as assigned by Service Manager or Shop Foreman

All other duties as assigned

Minimum Qualifications:

Pre-employment screenings including background and drug test

Valid Driver's license and good driving record

Mechanical experience; RV, auto, truck trailer, etc.

Construction, Electrician, Handyman, etc. previous experience working with hands and trainable

Must be able to obtain certifications for job specific duties ( I.E. propane gas, or welding certifications)

RVIA/RVDA certifications preferred
