Responsibilities:
Primary duties include:
- Greeting customers in a welcoming and courteous manner
- Answering phone calls, taking messages, and transferring calls to the appropriate departments
- Providing information and answer inquiries about our RV models, pricing, and services
- Assisting with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and organizing documents
- Processing updates at the computer and accepting deliveries
- Collecting and distributing mail and packages
- Maintaining cleanliness and tidiness of the service desk area
- Assist other departments with various tasks as needed
- Prior experience as a receptionist or in a customer service role is preferred
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Professional appearance and friendly demeanor
- Ability to multitask and handle multiple phone lines
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Highly skilled in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, **Excel, Outlook)
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings
