Responsibilities Earn $25 to $28 / HR $75,500 to $94,940 annually Depends on experience, overtime, and bonuses Weekends Off Overtime paid after 40 hours at 1.5 times the base rate Monday to Friday – 6 : 00 AM to 5 : 00 PM – 1 Saturday / Month – 6 : 00 AM – 2 : 00 PM Touch freight – Delivering hardwood flooring, countertops, and tile Assist in loading and unloading cargo and securing it properly Use blocks, ties, straps / chains, and binders to secure cargo Maintain legal and accurate logbooks and exhibit safety-minded driving at all times Adapt to conditions, provide customer-centric service, and demonstrate strong communication skills Work independently and stay focused on tasks Requirements Valid Class A CDL. 24 months of recent verifiable Tractor Trailer driving experience Endorsements Helpful but NOT required Proficiency in using logbooks – Experience with iPads / tablets preferred Bilingual in Spanish is a plus Able to generate 137 lbs. of vertical push / pull force and lift and transfer 65 lbs Ability to carry at least 30 lbs across truck bed length and ascend / descend multiple-rung ladders Frequent bending, stooping, squatting, kneeling, and working at elevated / lowered heights Must be 21 years of age or older No DUIs / DWIs in the past 5 years No more than 3 moving violations in the past 48 months Must be able to pass a DOT Drug Screen, Physical, and comprehensive Background Check Bonus Points Weekly Pay We offer Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, HSA program, & a Prescription Card. 401K Match 6 Paid Holidays Every Year Accrued PTO & Vacation Time Referral Bonus of $1000 ($500 on day 31; $250 on day 181 to both referrer and referee.)
