Responsibilities $18 to $21 / HR Weekly pay Overtime after 40 hours Most Weekends Off Earn $38,440 – $52,555 annually, based on experience, overtime, and bonuses. Schedule : Monday to Friday, 7 : 00 AM – 5 : 00 PM Two Saturdays per month from 6 : 00 AM – 11 : 00 PM. 60% manual labor and 40% forklift operation as needed. Accurately selecting and placing flooring product orders on pallets, then shrink-wrapping them for secure transport. Verifying shipping documentation – Scheduling inbound and outbound freight. Operating forklifts and pallet jacks – Communicating with carriers. Maintaining a clean and organized warehouse while following all company safety protocols. Performing additional duties as required or requested. Requirements High School Diploma or equivalent required. 24 months of verifiable warehouse experience. Must be 21 years of age or older. Forklift experience is a plus. Proficiency with a tablet or iPad. Strong communication and organizational skills. Ability to lift, pull, and move up to 50 pounds regularly and occasionally up to 70 pounds. Specific vision abilities required, including close vision. Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) required for safety-sensitive roles. Must be able to pass a Drug Screen, Physical, and comprehensive Background Check.
