OMS Account Manager Overview:
The OMS Account Manager identifies, plans, and executes local events to support Optimum’s growth strategy, driving brand engagement and sales performance. This role works across sales organizations and ensures event success through coordination, training, and cross-functional collaboration.
Key Responsibilities:
- Event Planning & Execution: Identify and secure local events aligned with market expansion. Collaborate with teams to plan and coordinate event logistics.
- Sales Support & Training: Assist sales teams in lead generation and customer engagement during events. Provide training on maximizing event opportunities.
- Performance Tracking: Monitor event metrics, generate reports, and offer insights for future strategies.
Qualifications:
- 5 years in event coordination, sales, or community engagement.
- Strong leadership and relationship-building skills.
- Proficiency in CRM tools (Salesforce preferred).
- Availability for nights and weekends as needed.
- Reliable transportation for travel to events.
