Looking for a Front Office Rep that is ready to ready to work, can learn quickly and can perform the following tasks independently.
- Patient education and coaching for successful weight loss, challenges, and goals
- Stocking and cleaning
- Ability to sell and promote company products/services
- Check patients in/out
- Review end of day reports
- Ensure appointments and payments for services are managed accurately
- Perform other duties as assigned
The Musts:
- Must be bilingual English/Spanish
- Front Office Experience in Medical Setting
- Outstanding customer service, customer-oriented personality and approach
- Ability to communicate confidently and effectively both verbally and written
- Experience with EMR/EHR systems such as Charm and Quickbooks
- Professional appearance
*This position requires Saturdays and ability to cover shifts*
