Job Summary

Responsibilities

The Summer Intern will report SVP – Legal and will assist with corporate matters in the group, including:

• Corporate governance,
• Compliance,
• Strategic transactions,
• Securities offerings and reporting, and
• General corporate matters.
  
  

The Summer Intern may also assist on government affairs projects.

Qualifications

• Current pursuit of undergraduate degree at an accredited national university carrying a 3.5 GPA.
• Prior work experience in professional environment.
• Excellent writing and critical thinking skills.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, including ability to work as part of a team
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment and to perform well under pressure while handling multiple tasks.
• Self-starter with an interest in pursuing a career in the legal profession

Pay is competitive and based on a number of job-related factors, including skills and experience. The starting pay rate/range at time of hire for this position in the posted location is $20.00 / hour.
