Your Day-to-Day

• Manage and coordinate sale, purchase, and trading-related contracts to protect the organization’s interests.
• Review and develop contract templates while ensuring compliance with strict protocols and internal policies.
• Perform risk assessments, validate deal information, and communicate with stakeholders to resolve issues.
• Handle a high volume of contracts efficiently, meeting deadlines with accuracy.
• Collaborate closely with operations, trading, and risk management teams to deliver results.

What You Bring to the Table

• 3–7 years in contract management within the commodity trading industry, with marine and pipeline contract experience as a must.
• Legal and trading terminology, compliance protocols, and contract workflows.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage complex workloads in a fast-paced environment.
• Proactive, solution-oriented mindset with template development expertise (major plus!).
