Power Trader

A leading energy client seeks a Power Trader to join their Front Office team, focusing on day-ahead market operations and contributing to team success. This role involves leveraging technical and analytical expertise to support trade floor activities, optimize strategies, and enhance customer communication.

Must-Haves:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a trade floor function, preferably in power markets.
• Familiarity with power markets, NEPOOL and NYISO preferred.
• Strong deductive reasoning skills and the ability to analyze fundamentals effectively.
• Above-average technical skills and a background in asset management are highly desirable.
• Exceptional soft skills and a collaborative mindset to contribute to team growth.
