Commercial Analyst
We have a key client seeking experienced professionals in commercial commodity analytics focusing on valuing and forecasting their power generation assets in Houston, Texas. This portfolio contains Generation, Wholesale Trading, Fuel Supply, Structured Transactions and Retail obligations.
Commodity Analytics MUST HAVES:
- Strong, hands-on modeling experience in Excel, Python, VBA and SQL.
- Knowledge of physical power and natural gas markets.
- Analysis of plant operations, commodity markets and transactional pricing.
- Familiarity with forecasting models, such as Monte Carlo, a plus.
