A key client is seeking a highly organized Contracts Analyst to support their growing lease crude business. This role involves working closely with marketers, traders, trucking companies, and customers to ensure all necessary contracts and compliance documents are in place.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process and formalize deals from marketers and traders with customers.
• Ensure trucking companies have the required Certificates of Insurance (COI) before accessing properties.
• Manage and maintain proper documentation for rate agreements.
• Utilize Wolfpack software (experience is a plus).
• Work efficiently in Microsoft Excel to manage data and reports.
• Handle general office management with a high level of client interaction.

Qualifications:

• Experience in contracts administration within the crude oil or energy industry.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data tracking and analysis.
• Excellent communication and relationship management skills.
• Experience with Wolfpack software is a plus.
