Advanced computer skills are required that align with the Job Description. In addition, strong analytical skills; the ability to create and manage project schedules; the ability to research state laws and policies; experience with organizational change management; customer relations skills; good verbal and written communication skills; ability to manage several projects simultaneously; and proficiency with Microsoft products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, Outlook).
- Lead the implementation of policies, processes, and computer systems.
- Apply organizational change management practices, with an emphasis on effective communications, building stakeholder trust and measuring performance with a focus on improving operational performance and customer services.
- Plan, coordinate, and conduct communications with customers and other stakeholders as part of a larger effort to improve customer services and to roll out new services.
