- The agency is seeking a skilled Business Data Analyst with a focus on data quality to support the measurement and tracking of improvements for the organization s source system assessments. In this role, the analyst will be responsible for reviewing and analyzing multiple data source systems to assess issues related to data validity, reliability, and consistency. The primary goal of the role is to enable the agency to make informed decisions by providing insights into data quality, ensuring the data produced is accurate, reliable, and suitable for decision-making and reporting. The Business Data Analyst will collaborate closely with Data Custodians, Data Stewards, Data Owners, and key stakeholders from divisions such as Developmental Services, Clinical and Quality Management, and Administration to identify data quality issues and support efforts to measure and track improvements. This will involve defining business rules to standardize data quality practices and ensure alignment with data governance standards across systems.
- The candidate must also have strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively collaborate across teams and explain data-related challenges in a clear and accessible way. Experience working with both structured and unstructured data, as well as a solid understanding of data management best practices, will also be important for success in this role.
