Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Incident Manager to lead the resolution of IT incidents, ensuring minimal business disruption and efficient service restoration. The ideal candidate will manage the end-to-end incident lifecycle, coordinate with cross-functional teams, and implement best practices to enhance incident response effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities:
Incident Response & Resolution:
- Oversee the identification, logging, categorization, and prioritization of IT incidents.
- Lead major incident response efforts, ensuring quick resolution and minimal impact on business operations.
- Coordinate with IT support teams, engineers, and vendors to troubleshoot and resolve incidents efficiently.
- Implement and enforce escalation procedures for high-impact or unresolved incidents
