- Understand the platform and do a complex migration

This role will administrate, maintain and support the ServiceNow platform and modules for three workstreams: IT Risk Management, IT Service Management, and IT Asset Management, which includes Incidents, Change, Release, Customized Workflows, Asset and CMDB, Discovery, Knowledge, and Self-Service Portal.

Work on issues and requests for platform assistance, including end-user trouble inquiries, regular maintenance, enhancements, and defect fixes.

Contribute to the creation of custom reports and dashboards, as well as generating KPIs and supporting metrics.

Develop solutions that require good knowledge of JavaScript and Glide.
