Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategies to attract and retain participants for long-term clinical trials
- Oversee data collection, organization, reporting, and monitoring to ensure accuracy and integrity
- Create and manage schedules, set targets, track progress, and ensure accountability
- Extract, analyze, and interpret research data to support study objectives
- Lead team meetings, document key decisions, and drive action plans forward
- Work closely with principal investigators, study sponsors, and regulatory bodies to resolve queries and report adverse events
- Identify and implement best practices to enhance policies, workflows, and research efficiency
- Develop study budgets, distinguish standard care from research procedures, and track expenses
- Monitor patient progress and study-specific milestones while invoicing sponsors per contract terms
- Ensure all study documents meet Institutional Review Board (IRB) and regulatory standards, completing renewals as required
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in clinical research
- Bachelor’s degree
