As a Global Supply Manager, you will lead sourcing and procurement efforts for the equipment and services crucial to advancing an innovative and sustainable transportation system. In this role, you will serve as a key point of contact between suppliers, manufacturing, engineering, finance, quality, legal, and other internal teams, ensuring the organization secures top-tier solutions and favorable terms that drive efficient production and long-term business success.
Responsibilities :
- Ensure all commercial terms are agreed upon and documented.
- Ensure Non-Disclosure Agreements, Terms & Conditions, Master Services Agreements, and other related contracts are negotiated and closed appropriately.
- Manage and develop strong supplier relationships and performance.
- Drive price and term negotiations.
- Develop corrective action plans to mitigate identified risks.
- Communicate with technical stakeholders both internally and externally.
- Provide status reports on procurement strategies, contract negotiations, supply issues, and key performance indicators to senior leadership.
- Ensure compliance with all procurement policies, regulatory requirements, and ethical standards.
