The ideal candidate will be organized, self-motivated, and have a strong foundation in mechanical, process, and industrial engineering. You’ll help scale projects from prototype to low-volume production, with a focus on future high-volume production.

Responsibilities :
- Lead cross-functional collaboration with Product Design on the development processes, equipment, and tools.
- Take ownership of enhancing and optimizing existing production lines, tools, and procedures.
- Lead the design and development of new tools, equipment, and processes for upcoming projects.
- Create and document Manufacturing Execution System (MES) procedures for the Production team to follow.
