Medical Receptionist - Experience with EOBs

Option 1 is currently looking for a driven and professional Medical Receptionist to join one of our rapidly expanding healthcare clients. The ideal candidate will excel in a fast-paced setting and be committed to providing outstanding customer service. Responsibilities :
- First point of contact for patients, physicians, vendors, and visitors
- Provide an explanation of estimates and benefits to patients
- Check-in patients in a warm and greeting manner
- Answering incoming phones and emails
- Collecting co-payments
- Scheduling and follow-up regarding patients' appointments
- Verify commercial insurance eligibility and benefits, process authorizations
- RTE (Real-Time Eligibility)
- Data Entry
