Responsibilities :
- Planning, engineering, installing, monitoring, troubleshooting, diagnosing, and resolving complex issues with the business-critical telecom infrastructure
- Designing, forecasting, implementing, documenting, managing capacity, updating, and overseeing the daily operations of the telecom infrastructure and end-user devices
- Performs testing of telecom redundancy, resilience, and failover for network components in collaboration with the Network Group
- Interface with local telecom provider for the installation and management of services, and troubleshooting issues
