We are a fast-paced and exciting plumbing service and repair company, dedicated to delivering high-quality services in a fun, innovative environment. We're looking for a motivated, creative, and self-driven videographer and social media content creator who is passionate about bringing fresh ideas to life and helping promote our brand. This is an in-house role - we want someone who can be present at the office every day and work directly with the marketing team and field technicians.
Key Responsibilities:
• Create Engaging Video Content: Produce high-quality video content for social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, etc.), website use, and internal marketing campaigns. Capture behind-the-scenes footage, technician spotlights, client testimonials, and other creative content to highlight the company's services and brand personality.
• Social Media Management: Oversee content creation and scheduling for social media platforms. Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute engaging posts, track engagement, and analyze performance to optimize results.
• Collaborate with Marketing Team & Technicians: Work closely with the marketing team and field technicians to capture real-time action in the field. Create content that highlights the expertise of our technicians and the quality of service we offer.
• Develop Fresh, Creative Ideas: Bring new, exciting ideas to increase brand awareness, grow our social media following, and create content that resonates with our audience.
• Full-Cycle Video Production: Manage all aspects of video production, including filming, editing, and post-production. Use modern video editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, etc.) to ensure high-quality results.
• Work On-Site with Technicians: Capture real-time footage during service calls, documenting repairs, customer interactions, and day-in-the-life moments of field technicians.
Qualifications:
• Proven experience as a videographer and social media content creator, with a portfolio of previous work.
• Strong knowledge of social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube) and trends, with experience tailoring content for each platform.
• Proficient in video editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar).
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, working under deadlines while maintaining high-quality content.
• Highly self-motivated, proactive, and enthusiastic about creating engaging and fresh content.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams and field technicians.
• Must be based locally and able to work in-house at our office every day.
