As an Independent Sales Project Consultant and Brand Partner with Options Exteriors, you’ll play a crucial role in helping homeowners restore their properties and regain peace of mind after a storm. We’re looking for driven, self-motivated individuals ready to develop entrepreneurial skills to grow and manage their own business. This role offers full flexibility, allowing you to create your own schedule while working independently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation & Sales: Conduct door-to-door canvassing to generate leads and consult with homeowners on restoration solutions.
- Business Ownership: Form and manage your own LLC, including maintaining workers' compensation and general liability insurance.
- Customer Relationship Management: Guide clients through the entire sales cycle, from initial consultation to project completion, final payment, and job closure.
- Damage Assessment & Reporting: Assess storm-related damage, prepare detailed reports, and create trade scopes using customized templates.
- Community Engagement: Participate in community events, team get-togethers, and networking sessions, strengthening the Options Exteriors brand.
- Professional Development: Join weekly, quarterly, and yearly networking forums to enhance skills and build connections.
Requirements:
- Licenses & Insurance: Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, workers' compensation, and general liability insurance under your LLC.
- Tech-Savvy: Own a smartphone, i-Pad, computer capable of multi-app usage to facilitate job functions.
- Work Ethic & Motivation: Self-driven, disciplined, and prepared to work a minimum of 40 hours per week on a flexible, self-managed schedule.
- Excellent Communication Skills: Ability to clearly and professionally communicate with clients and team members.
- Reporting Skills: Capable of preparing detailed damage assessments and submitting thorough project reports.
- Travel Availability: Willing to travel to meet with clients, participate in community events, and expand brand presence.
