We are seeking a motivated and dynamic professional to join our team as an Independent Project Consultant. In this uncapped commission role, you will play a crucial part in delivering top-tier service to residential and commercial clients by helping them select the best exterior solutions for their needs. Your primary responsibility will be to engage with customers, identify their concerns, and guide them in making informed decisions.
You will be responsible for generating new business, maintaining strong relationships with existing clients, and providing solutions to problems related to exterior improvements to homes and business. Your ability to communicate clearly, listen attentively, and offer creative, tailored solutions will directly contribute to your success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain a pipeline of potential clients, identifying new leads through outside sale, referrals, and outreach.
- Meet with clients to assess their needs, provide consultations, and offer product
recommendations that best suit their goals and budget.
- Cultivate long-term relationships with clients by providing ongoing support, addressing concerns, and ensuring satisfaction.
- Manage customer expectations by clearly explaining product options, timelines, and any potential issues.
- Work closely with the team to ensure all projects meet customer specifications, timelines, and quality standards.
- Troubleshoot issues and propose timely, effective solutions to customer challenges.
- Follow up on all sales opportunities to ensure a high conversion rate and repeat business.
- Maintain accurate records of all client interactions, sales progress, and project details.
Essential Skills:
- Proven track record in a sales-driven environment, with experience in closing deals and meeting sales goals.
