Job Overview
The Director of Behavioral Services is a pivotal leadership role responsible for overseeing the development, implementation, and management of behavior programs within our organization. Duties
- Lead and manage all aspects of the behavioral health department, including program development, staff supervision, and budget management.
- Ensure the delivery of high-quality behavioral support services that align with organizational goals and community needs.
- Develop policies and procedures that comply with state and federal regulations governing services.
- Provide oversight and support to staff, including training on evidence-based practices.
- Foster a collaborative environment among team members to enhance communication and service coordination.
- Monitor program outcomes and implement quality improvement initiatives to enhance service effectiveness.
Skills

Pay: $75,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
