As a Marketing & Social Media Intern at Options For All, you will:
- Content Creation & Community Engagement
- Collaborate with employees and clients to gather inspiring stories, photos, and videos by attending community events, program activities, and other on-site opportunities.
- Develop engaging and visually appealing content (posts, stories, videos, and graphics) to amplify our mission and connect with audiences.
- Proactively identify and share creative ways to highlight our programs and initiatives.
- Social Media Management
- Schedule and publish posts across social media platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok).
- Monitor social media accounts, respond to comments and messages, and engage with followers to build a strong online community.
- Stay up-to-date with social media trends, suggesting new ways to engage with audiences and increase visibility.
- Digital Advertising
- Assist with creating and managing digital ad campaigns on platforms like Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
- Monitor ad performance, optimizing campaigns for better reach and engagement.
- Collaborate with the Marketing Manager to allocate ad budgets effectively and report on ROI.
- Additional Marketing Support
- Email Marketing: Assist with drafting and designing email campaigns for program updates, donor outreach, and engagement.
- SEO Research: Identify trending keywords to integrate into social media and website content to improve visibility and traffic.
- Creative Campaigns: Brainstorm and implement seasonal or cause-related social media challenges, contests, or giveaways to drive engagement.
- Track and report on key social media and digital ad performance metrics (e.g., engagement, impressions, reach, CTR).
- Provide actionable insights to improve content, campaigns, and ad effectiveness.
- Analytics & Reporting

- Qualifications:
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Must pass a background check.
- Education:
- Currently enrolled and in good standing at an accredited university
- Minimum 3.0 GPA
- Experience:
- Familiarity with social media platforms and analytics tools (e.g., Meta Business Suite, Instagram Insights).
- Skills
- Passion for storytelling and connecting with people.
- A creative eye for design and visuals (experience with Canva or Adobe Create Suite is a plus!)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-starter mindset with the ability to take initiative and work independently.
- Bonus: Experience or interest in managing digital ads, email marketing, or SEO.
