As a Marketing & Website Intern at Options For All, you will:
- Website Maintenance & Optimization
- Audit the website for technical issues such as broken links, outdated content, and loading speed.
- Update and refresh website content to align with current branding and messaging.
- Ensure the site is optimized for mobile devices and accessible to all users, including those in the IDD community.
- Research and implement basic SEO strategies to improve search engine rankings and visibility.
- Content Development
- Create and publish landing pages for campaigns, events, and programs (e.g., Supported Employment).
- Collaborate with the Marketing Manager to update program descriptions, blog posts, and other site content.
- Assist with creating visual elements for the website, such as banners and graphics, to enhance engagement.
- Analytics & Reporting
- Monitor website performance using tools like Google Analytics and provide reports on traffic, user behavior, and key performance indicators.
- Identify trends and recommend actionable improvements based on data insights.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Partner with the Social Media Intern to ensure campaign messaging and design are consistent across platforms.
- Work with other team members to incorporate multimedia content like videos or client stories into the website.
- Qualifications:
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Must pass a background check.
- Education:
- Currently enrolled and in good standing at an accredited university
- Minimum 3.0 GPA
- Experience:
- Familiarity with SEO concepts and tools like Google Analytics (or a willingness to learn).
- Skills
- Interest in website management, digital marketing, or user experience design.
- Basic knowledge of website platforms (WordPress, WIX) and web development principles.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to communicate effectively and collaborate with a team.
- Bonus: Experience with basic HTML/CSS or graphic design tools like Canva or Adobe Creative Suite.
